Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description

  • As our Business Development Manager, you'll beresponsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships within the healthcare industry.
  • This role involves generating new revenue streams, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends within the healthcare sector.
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Identify target markets and customer segments.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve revenue growth objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and government agencies.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business.
  • Manage existing customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Prepare and submit proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals that meet client needs.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary organizations within the healthcare industry.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including market trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience in healthcare consulting or consulting services.
  • Certification in sales or business development.
  • Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and payment models.

Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
