Job Title: Remote Telemarketer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

• As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
• You will engage with prospects, provide information, handle inquiries, and drive sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
• Your role will be vital in generating leads and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches and effectively communicate the benefits of offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales leads in the CRM system.
• Handle objections and resolve issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and strategies for improvement.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas, listen actively, and build rapport with customers.
• Persuasion and Sales Skills: Proficiency in convincing potential customers and closing sales effectively.

Salary
N50,000 / month.
