Job Title: Associate, Business Development (NYSC Corps Member)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Corps member to join our affiliate Marketing platform as a Business Development Associate. Affiliate Padi.
  • This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing technology platform that connects digital product vendors with motivated affiliate marketers.
  • In this role, you will support sales, business development, and customer success initiatives, helping drive business growth and ensuring the success of both vendors and affiliate marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development Support
  • Assist with identifying potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct basic market research to spot new opportunities.
  • Help prepare sales materials and presentations.
  • Customer Success Management
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors and affiliates.
  • Support onboarding of new vendors and affiliates.
  • Monitor performance and provide simple recommendations.
  • Lead Generation: Participate in simple outbound sales calls. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads.
  • Affiliate and Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors and affiliates. Assist affiliates with strategies to maximize potential.
  • Administrative and Operational Support: Manage the company`s social media pages. Handle document management and daily administrative tasks. Track key performance metrics and generate basic reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer success (preferably in a technology-driven or affiliate marketing environment).
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media usage and management even for personal account.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing trends and strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 Monthly. (Gross)
