Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, addressing diverse learning needs.
• Provide clear, engaging, and differentiated instruction using real-life examples, technology tools, and various teaching methods.
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent learning through dynamic teaching strategies.
• Continuously assess student progress through a variety of assessment methods, offering timely and constructive feedback.
• Maintain an inclusive, safe, and supportive classroom environment that promotes both academic excellence and personal development.
• Establish strong communication channels with parents, school management, and other stakeholders to support student success.
• Provide one-on-one support and tailored interventions to students needing additional assistance.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives, math labs, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices, stay current with educational trends, and contribute to continuous improvement of teaching standards.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Education or a related field with specialization in key subject areas.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, with a focus on student-centered learning.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and curriculum development skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in teaching.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
