Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Ode Remo, Sagamu - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Nine Stars Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the General Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the GM's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence Handling: Draft, review, and respond to emails, letters, and other communications.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with documentation, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel plans, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
  • Confidentiality Management: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Task Prioritization: Ensure timely completion of tasks and follow-up on assignments from the GM.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
