We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head Project Sales

Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the corporate sales team to achieve sales targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client base.
• Engage in high-level conversations with C-suite executives, builders, architects, and project managers.
• Identify and pursue large-scale projects, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in the paint industry or related sectors (Vitafoam, Mouka Foam, sanitary wares, IO Furniture)
• Proven track record of sales leadership and success in managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with senior-level clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (90%)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CPS, CSM) are an added advantage.

 Salary
N800,000 - N1,000,000 / month.
