Job Title: Mobile App Developer

Location: Igbo-Efon, Chevron - Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• To assist with project planning and management of the applications projects we take on and also help with supporting our applications.
• Oversee the mobile team, take charge of the full lifecycle of the application, and ensure that the app maintains the highest performance, security, and user experience standards.
• Ensurethat our mobile solutions remain innovative, scalable, and efficient.
• Significant expertise in Flutter, mobile app architectures, and the ability to navigate complex Enterprise applications.
• Manage the development and enhancement of the Comapny's mobile app, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
• Develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications, utilizing flavors for customized deployment across different environments.
• Collaborate with the backend and design teams to implement new features, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end product experience.
• Manage and optimize app performance, scalability, and security across various platforms iOS, Android.
• Implement new technologies and stay up-to-date with best practices in mobile development and Enterprise application architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime and a flawless user experience.
• Workwith cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-centered designs.
• Build the design interface as per the client's needs;
• Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models.
• Fix bugs and other performance issues on iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application.
• Writing clean, readable, and testable code.
• Perform periodic testing and improve the usability of the Mobile App.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience of Application Development.
• Proficiency with Android & Flutter and experience using flavors to handle multiple environments and configurations.
• Strong understanding of mobile architectures and Enterprise-level applications.
• Experience with state management, animations, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, mobile testing, and performance optimization tools.
• Proven experience managing mobile teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of developers.
• Solid understanding of mobile security best practices and data protection laws.

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly Net.
