We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Commercial Associate - Beverages

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Contribute to developing and executing strategies for revenue growth and market expansion within the alcoholic beverages sector.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Assist in the creation and management of sales pipelines, ensuring efficient processes and high client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve shared goals, providing support and insights to enhance overall performance.
  • Customer & Sales Management: Implement tactics to increase sales numbers and ensure prompt customer payments, maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications / Experience

  • 3 - 5 years in roles supporting leadership, with experience managing a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving growth targets.
  • Experience in the alcoholic beverages industry is preferred.
  • Deep product knowledge of the alcoholic beverage space
  • Experience with end-to-end go-to-market strategies is a plus.

  • Financial Acumen: Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills to oversee departmental budgets effectively.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
