Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

Job Summary

• The Sales and Marketing Executive will drive revenue growth by promoting the Royal Residences brand, attracting new clients, and nurturing existing client relationships.
• The role will involve creating innovative sales and marketing strategies to increase the brand’s visibility and occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns to promote the Royal Residences.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, digital marketing, and direct outreach.
• Prepare sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for rooms, events, and dining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business administration, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
