Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented and passionate Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Digital Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving our online presence and generating leads through effective digital marketing strategies.
• You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO)

Job Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our services and initiatives.
• Winning deals, nurturing them and growing the company's revenue
• Ensure lead Generation and Conversion
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Fully exploit digital marketing tools to drive growth
• Form collaborations with micro and major influencers
• Contribute to content creation for marketing through various channels including blog posts
• Contribute to the management of website orders and website live agent
• Monitor, analyze, and report on digital performance, for marketing and branding strategy success
• Seeking relevant associations and partnerships relevant to the business’ growth
• Seeking grant funding for the organization

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in growth, business development, content marketing or growth-focused digital role.
• Proven experience in social media management, content development, and digital campaign execution.
• Experience with lead generation and CRM management is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Creativity and innovation in developing digital content and campaigns.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
