Job Title: General Manager (Nigeria Branch)

Description 

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations and drive business growth in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have a strong leadership background and a successful track record in managing teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead and mentor department heads to enhance performance and productivity.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and government agencies.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of management experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the solar industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Experience working with government entities or a background in public sector engagement.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian market and regulatory environment is preferred.
• Proficient in office software and data analysis tools.

Salary
N800,000 - N2,000,000 monthly.
