Job Description

• This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in brand management, communication, and trade marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand communication strategies across various channels (digital, social media, in-store, etc.).
• Assist in the development and execution of trade marketing activities, including promotions, product launches, and merchandising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Help manage relationships with external vendors, including creative agencies, suppliers, and media partners.
• Monitor the performance of brand campaigns and provide reports on key metrics.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for brand and trade activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to gain a deeper understanding of the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in brand management, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing/brand management is a plus but not required.
