Job Overview

• A CEO in the environmental sector is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will oversee logistics, management, and maintenance operations, ensuring efficient production processes and the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities on the factory floor, ensuring production processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Lead and manage factory workers, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage the movement of raw materials and finished products, ensuring timely delivery and minimal downtime.
• Ensure regular maintenance of machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and maintain production efficiency.
• Monitor product quality at various stages of production and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Identify areas for improvement in the production process and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the manufacturing sector.

Skills:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and maintenance practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Remuneration
N200,000 monthly, with accommodation provided.
