Job Description

• The Team Lead, Brand Strategist, will be responsible for defining and executing brand strategies that resonate with the Company’s audience, strengthen brand loyalty, and align with business objectives.
• This role includes leading a team of communication professionals including a Graphics Designer, Digital Marketer, and Content Creator.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in brand positioning, digital marketing, and creative direction. You will work closely with the marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns that reinforce the Company’s brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative brand strategies that align with business objectives and differentiate the Company in the marketplace.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Graphics Designer, Digital Marketer, and Content Creator to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Market Research: Conduct market and competitive research to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
• Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of engaging visuals and content, ensuring all materials align with the brand’s identity and resonate with target audiences.
• Campaign Strategy: Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring consistent branding and message delivery.
• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Content Creator to craft high-impact content strategies that support brand initiatives and engage key audiences.
• Digital Marketing Oversight: Work with the Digital Marketer to optimize digital advertising efforts, increase online visibility, and track campaign performance.
• Brand Messaging: Ensure all internal and external communications, including websites, social media, and advertising, reflect the brand’s voice and values.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze the success of brand initiatives through KPIs, feedback, and market analysis to continually improve the brand strategy.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to align brand initiatives with overall business goals.
• Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Relevant professional qualifications an added advantage.
• Proven experience in brand strategy, marketing or related fields, with a track record of leading successful brand initiatives.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and creative direction.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams (e.g., designers, marketers, content creators) to achieve cohesive branding.
• Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate brand vision to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, creative software (e.g., Adobe Suite), and analytics platforms.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / Month.
