Job Description

• Oversee daily office management and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage staff performance by setting and overseeing deliverables/targets.
• Drive day-to-day sales in-store and online.
• Report directly to the CEO on business growth, milestones, and achievements.
• Lead and inspire the team to align with the brand’s vision and goals.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HND/BSc.
• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
