Ifgreen Industries & Investment Limited is an integrated agro-allied processing company that produces FMCG staple food products of cassava derivatives such as IfgreenVita flour, Fufu flour, and Garri. IFGREEN also processes cassava into industrial raw materials like HQCF (High-Quality Cassava Flour) and Food-Grade Starch.HQCF andPremium Quality Food-Grade Starchare raw materials for breweries, bakeries, beverage industries, paper manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of adhesives, textile manufacturing companies, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results.
• Provide expertise to management on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning, succession etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely supporting staff payroll processing.
• Create and implement effective onboarding and orientationplans for new employees
• Develop training and development programs
• Oversee employee relations and handle grievances amongst staffs
• Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
• Support health and safety initiatives.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

• HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing company
• 3 years of HR experience.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Must reside in Epe or closer to Epe, Lagos State.
