Purpose Statement

• We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team and take a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our cutting-edge financial technology solutions. 
• Your purpose is to bring together your expertise in both backend (Node.js) and frontend React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript development to create seamless, efficient, and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will craft dynamic interfaces, architect efficient APIs, and integrate with various third-party services to deliver versatile and impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy user-friendly web applications using React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Architect efficient backend solutions, including APIs and server-side logic.
• “Pixel-perfect” responsive, dynamic approved user interfaces aligned with design guidelines.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate third-party services and data sources.
• Design and implement well-documented APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Maintain code quality through testing, debugging, and code review.
• Stay updated with industry trends and propose enhancements.
• Provide technical documentation for features and integrations.
• Solve technical challenges and contribute to stability.
• Share innovative ideas to enhance platform functionality.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture.
• Deliver amazing user experience with great interactions and animations.
• Build robust scalable RESTful APIs.
• Integrate with third-party payment APIs
• Work alongside our world-class engineering team to build & maintain our existing codebase.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in React.js, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Authentication (JWT/OAuth), Mongoose.js, CI/CD, SSR/CSR in React, WebSocket development and integration.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices.
• Experience with version control systems Git, npm/Yarn, Webpack/Parcel, ESLint, Postman/Insomnia, Docker and collaborative coding practices.
• Knowledge of frontend build tools for optimizing and bundling assets.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and development practices.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Full Stack Development.
• Contributions to open-source projects, personal coding projects, or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with fintech industry trends and challenges is an advantage.
