Job Description

• As a Financial Analyst at Madison & Park, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, providing insights, and supporting key financial decisions.
• You will collaborate with various teams to ensure the financial health of the organization and contribute to its overall success.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis:

• Lead in-depth financial analysis, evaluating revenue, expenses, and budget variances to drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to project future financial performance and guide strategic decision-making.
• Identify financial trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization, providing actionable insights to improve metrics.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor budget performance against actuals, delivering detailed reports and analysis to department heads and senior management.
• Collaborate with department leaders to provide guidance and ensure effective budget management.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the organization and guide decision-making.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support business objectives.

Cost Analysis:

• Conduct thorough cost analysis for projects and operational activities to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose strategies to enhance cost efficiency and control.

Client Billing and Revenue Recognition:

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of client billing, based on project milestones and deliverables.
• Oversee revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,
• At least 4-5 year of experience in an accounting role
• Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a marketing advertising or procurement setting.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and strong organizational skills.
