Job Summary

• We’re seeking a talented F & B Supervisor that can manage a Restaurant very well.

Experience & Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years working in the food industry, particularly in restaurants and fast-food establishments.
• Proven ability to manage all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning.
• Passion for Food: A deep enthusiasm for food and the culinary arts, with a focus on creativity and quality.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow the business.
• Marketing Strategy: Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, promotions, and local outreach, aimed at driving customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to effectively manage, motivate, and coordinate all restaurant staff to ensure optimal performance.
• Observational Skills: Capacity to assess and improve operational processes and customer service standards.
• Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent service and use feedback to improve.
• Supply Chain & Inventory: Manage suppliers and inventory efficiently to reduce costs and waste.
• Technology: Leverage modern restaurant technologies to enhance operations and customer experience.
• Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Crisis Management: Be prepared for unexpected challenges with quick problem-solving.
• Brand Development: Align operations with the brand’s vision to strengthen its identity.
• Training: Invest in staff development and retention.
• Community Engagement: Build local connections through partnerships and events.
• Data-Driven: Use analytics to make informed business decisions.
• Sustainability: Incorporate eco-friendly practices to appeal to modern consumers.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly (depending on experience).
