Job Title: Strategy and Investment Analyst

Position Overview

•  Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy and Investment Analyst that will be instrumental in driving the company's growth through research, strategic planning, and investment initiatives.
• The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to propel the company’s success.
• As a key member of the leadership team, the Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of strategies while contributing to funding efforts, including securing grants and non-equity-based funding globally.
• The role is ideal for a strategic thinker passionate about education, innovation, and making a meaningful impact in the edtech sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify local and global edtech growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies for marketing, branding, pricing, and product development.
• Collaborate with departments like tech, finance, and legal to ensure strategy execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor actions.
• Work with sales to identify and close business opportunities.
• Provide data-driven insights on company performance.
• Prepare for funding rounds and secure non-equity funding globally.
• Contribute to the strategic vision as part of the leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or strategy in edtech or related industries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Python).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for education and innovation.

Reporting Structure:

• The Strategy and Investment Analyst  will report to the CEO.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 per month.
