Job Title: Private Chef 

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Alternating Schedule)

Job Summary

• We are seeking two highly experienced and mature Private Chefs to provide top-tier culinary services for our Chairman in Lagos.
• The ideal candidates should have a strong background in working within private residences, particularly with executives, and demonstrate excellent culinary skills.
• These are full-time positions, with an alternating weekly schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide range of high-quality meals, including local and international cuisine, tailored to the preferences of the Chairman.
• Plan and create diverse menus, ensuring all meals meet dietary requirements and standards of taste and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, order ingredients, and ensure that all kitchen supplies are well-stocked.
• Collaborate with household staff to ensure smooth operations within the residence.
• Provide exceptional dining experiences, paying attention to detail and presentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of culinary experience, with a preference for those who have worked in private residences or with high-profile individuals.
• Expertise in preparing local and international dishes, with the ability to adapt to our client’s dietary preferences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage alternating shifts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
• Flexibility and commitment to working from Monday to Sunday, with alternating weekly shifts.

Work Schedule:

• 7 am to 4 pm or 12 pm to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.
• The schedule will alternate weekly with the second chef.

Salary
N565,000 - N1,100,000 monthly (net).
