Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet market needs and drive business objectives.
• The Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute product strategies, create roadmaps, and oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new products and features.

Product Development:

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define product requirements.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business needs and technical constraints.

Stakeholder Management:

• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and executives.
• Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure proper product positioning and adoption.
• Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Metrics & Reporting:

• Define and track key product metrics to measure success.
• Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and iterate on features.

User-Centered Design:

• Engage with users to gather insights and feedback on existing products and potential new features.
• Ensure product decisions are aligned with customer needs and provide an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong understanding of agile and scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [logistic/transportation] such as SaaS, eCommerce, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Clickup, Confluence, titanor Asana.
• Experience with data-driven product management and A/B testing.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree will be added advantages.
