Job Summary

• We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Digital marketer and Content Creator to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will excel in content writing, script writing, developing viral content, phone cinematography, and phone editing.
• As a Digital Marketer and Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth.
• You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop strategies and content that align with our brand's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities
Design and Development:

• Create and develop engineering designs, specifications, and models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze project requirements.
• Knowledge of building and construction.

Project Management:

• Plan and oversee engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with other professionals and stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives.
• Using specialist project management computer programmes.

Technical Analysis:

• Perform calculations and simulations to assess design performance.
• Troubleshoot engineering problems and provide effective solutions.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Maintain documentation for engineering processes and project updates.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with clients, engineers, architects, and other project partners.
• Prepare site reports, designs and drawings.

Site Management:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring work is done according to plans and specifications.
• Coordinate site activities, manage resources, and control project timelines.

Safety and Compliance:

• Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any violations.

Quality Control:

• Monitor the quality of work to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve issues related to quality and performance on-site.

Communication:

• Act as a point of contact between site personnel, contractors, and project managers.
• Provide updates and reports on the progress of construction activities.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including work progress, safety inspections, and incident reports.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management.

Qualification

• 2 - 4 years work experience.
