Job Summary

• You are to lead the Corporate and Commercial Banking teams in identifying growth opportunities and executing strategies to drive business expansion

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the roll-out of innovative corporate banking products
• Identify new business opportunities within the corporate/commercial space, targeting high-value clients and industries.
• Ensure the commercial banking unit meets its profitability targets, balancing revenue generation with effective cost management.
• Ensure all operations are in full compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analyses within the marketing area and develop strategies that will give the company a large part of the market within its vicinity.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in a related field from a reputable institution, MBA or professional certification (ACIB, CFA, etc.) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate/commercial banking
• Extensive experience managing large corporate accounts and commercial clients.

Salary
N850,000 per month.
