Description

• As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in our product team, crafting intuitive and visually appealing product flows, creating interactive prototypes, and helping drive data-informed design decisions across our product suite.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless user experiences and develop innovative solutions that align with our business goals.
• Your work will be critical in elevating the overall user experience and shaping the future of our products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process by integrating market analysis, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints into thoughtful design solutions
• Rapidly create workflows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to bring new product ideas and feature enhancements to life, applying pixel-perfect attention to detail when necessary
• Simplify complex processes into intuitive, elegant user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction
• Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure design intentions are executed accurately through to deployment
• Clearly and persuasively communicate complex design concepts to diverse audiences across various levels of the organization
• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to find creative yet practical solutions to design challenges
• Take full responsibility for your work from concept to completion, ensuring every detail is aligned with the overall design vision
• Produce multiple design concepts and prototypes quickly, iterating based on feedback and testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing consumer-facing and mobile products
• Proficiency in creating interactive experiences using prototyping software or hand-drawn methods
• Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, allowing for informed design and interaction decisions
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment that embraces experimentation and continuous improvement
• Strong visual design skills with a demonstrated ability to own product design from concept to launch
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and effectively synthesize feedback from business leaders, product managers, and engineers
• Experience in designing native mobile apps, with a focus on user-centric experiences
• Ability to design products that cater to diverse, global audiences
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex design concepts clearly and persuasively to a wide range of stakeholders
• Prior experience in designing digital advertising solutions or enterprise-level products is a plus.
