Jtechtrade is an online financial service provider that allows you to trade (buy and sell) digital assets such as cryptocurrencies. The Dream was birthed in year 2018 but Jtechtrade became a reality in 2019 and ever since then we have digital financial assets to both Merchants and Users of our platform and gaining a vast knowledge and experience on how the Digital space has paved way for a digital financial revolution. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Festac Town, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fintech or technology sector.
  • You will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages, and fostering conversations to build brand loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in social media to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment across all channels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fintech or technology sector.
  • Proven track record of developing successful social media campaigns and managing brand presence.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (eg, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
