Job Title: Customer Support Representative Intern

Job Summary

• As our Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective Communication between the company and its clients.
• This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and acting as the main point of contact during the interim period.
• The position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure the client relations department continues to function efficiently during the interim period.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Assist clients with property inquiries, viewing schedules, and follow-up on requests.
• Handle customer complaints or issues and provide resolutions in a timely and
• Develop, write, and edit communication materials for the client relations department, including reports, newsletters, FAQs, and internal briefs.

Requirements

• Must be currently serving in the NYSC program.
• A degree in any relevant field (preferably Business, Marketing, or Real Estate-related fields).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
