Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have 5 - 7 years of experience in content creation to develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various digital platforms, and ensure alignment with the client's brand and business objectives.
• This position is hybrid, requiring both in-office and remote work.
• The candidate must be energetic, accountable, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive content strategy across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the client's brand and business objectives.
• Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media content, and website copy tailored to the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure content reflects the brand's messaging and voice consistently.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content initiatives.
• Track content performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices in content creation and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 5 - 7 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz) to optimize content for search engines.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Energetic and accountable with a passion for creating high-quality content.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup, balancing in-office presence with remote work flexibility.
