We specialize in producing baby diapers, feminine sanitary napkins/pads, panty liners, adult diapers, maternity pads, under pads and baby wipes under the umbrella brand names of ‘Dr. Browns’ and ‘Nightingale’

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Lagos Nigeria
Industry: Drink/Beverage

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential customers through various channels
  • Research and analyze market trends to discover new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential clients, both virtually and in person.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of products/services to clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, providing timely resolution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Track sales activities, monitor performance, and provide reports to management.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Finalize sales and complete necessary paperwork, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations or support team.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams based on client needs and market insights.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other relevant departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the [specific industry] products and services.
