Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Research Assistant.
• The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the team by gathering, analyzing, and presenting data to drive the success of ongoing and future projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and data collection from a variety of sources, including market studies, surveys, and industry reports.
• Assist in the design and development of research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support project objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to compile, summarize, and present research findings in reports, presentations, and other formats.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for ongoing projects.
• Assist in the preparation of research documents, proposals, and presentations for internal and client-facing use.
• Organize and maintain research files, documentation, and resources for easy access and retrieval.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies to improve research processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Social Sciences, Business, Economics, or Statistics.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including data management and analysis capabilities.
• Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting research findings clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience with statistical tools and software (e.g., SPSS, R, or similar) is a plus.
