Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and dedicated Full-Time Software Developer to join our dynamic team
• You will work closely with the CEO/ Lead Consultant, test, and deploy a range of software solutions, with a focus on completing an urgent and high-priority project.
• This role requires a high level of technical skill, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• The ideal candidate will take ownership of the software development process, provide timely fixes, and ensure high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CEO/ Lead Consultant to understand software requirements and meet deadlines/targets.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for software development projects.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and debugging of existing systems to ensure smooth functionality.
• Conduct regular code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues as they arise in real-time.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings to provide updates and track project progress.
• Deliver project milestones on time, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a software developer or similar role.
• Proficient in languages such as Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP and other relevant frameworks.
• Specialty in Laravel web application development.
• Ability to build Native Flutter App Android and IOS. that will be connected and synchronized to web application
• Experience with web development, APIs, and software integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL, etc.) and cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in building software for startups or fast-growing companies.
• Familiarity with accounting, inventory management, or fintech systems is a plus.

Working Terms:

• Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.
• Targets: Achieving set weekly targets.
• Daily Report: Submission of daily accomplishments.
• Weekly Report: Detailed report of weekly achievements.
• Monthly Report: Comprehensive monthly performance report.
