Job Summary

• Salesplat Technologies is looking for a dynamic Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team.

• This role will focus on expanding our market presence, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market
• Create and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Generate and nurture quality leads through various marketing channels
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Create and manage marketing content for various platforms
• Conduct market research and analyze competition
• Track and analyze sales metrics and marketing campaign performance
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing materials
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
• Manage and optimize the sales pipeline
• Create detailed reports on sales activities and marketing performance
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in marketing and sales roles
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local market in Akure and surrounding areas
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Fluency in English and Yoruba (added advantage)
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Salary
N25,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
