Job Summary

  • If so, this role might be perfect for you! We are looking for a result-driven and enthusiastic Fitness/Wellness Consultant to actively promote fitness products and services, drive repeat business, and contribute to the overall growth of our wellness business.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building relationships, and helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell fitness and wellness products and services to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Actively take the lead in helping clients meet their fitness and wellness goals.
  • Provide advice and insights on maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle.
  • Generate leads through excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Manage customer relationships to ensure loyalty and goal achievement.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. from a reputable university.
  • Passion for wellness and fitness.
  • Actively promotes a fit lifestyle and lives by it.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of taking initiative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and lead generation abilities.
  • Experience in solution selling and asset management.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills.
