Job Overview

• We are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer with over 7 years of experience to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, leading teams, and deploying complex web applications.
• This role requires proficiency in Node.js (Express), Python (Flask), and C# with a deep understanding of best practices in backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain backend systems and services.Lead and mentor backend development teams.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
• Manage and optimize databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Implement test-driven development and ensure robust code quality.Utilize Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and message queue systems.
• Collaborate with the team on Git workflows and cloud platforms (AWS).

Requirements

• 7+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficient in Node.js, Python, C#, and .NET Core.Strong knowledge of databases, testing frameworks, and design patterns.
• Familiar with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Salary
N700,000 - N800,000 Monthly with HMO, pension, and leave allowance.
