Job Title: Catering Specialist (Offshore)

Roles and responsibilities

• Managing offshore catering operations across the company
• Monitor financial performance of offshore contracts to achieve financial goals and targets.
• Provide support for planning and set goals and objectives for the offshore Catering business.
• Set KPI's to measure and track offshore catering contract performance.
• Responsible for offshore catering project planning, development and succession within the set budget Drive innovation in service provision to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Benchmark the company rates for offshore feeding and labour with the major competitors.

Qualifications and Experience

• The Offshore Catering Specialist shall have a bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Catering and Hotel Management or its equivalent from a reputable institution; shall have a minimum of EIGHT (8) years' hands on experience in the catering and hospitality industry with proven track record of performance efficiency in the execution of international standard offshore catering operations.
• Strong ability to strategically execute innovative ideas geared towards excellent customer satisfaction, target achievement and project retention; Develop and drive exceptional performance indices for project delivery.
