Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a financial firm, specialized in micro and corporate loan and investment. Established in July, 2014, we are currently operating in 12 States including Lagos State the head office.

Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for qualified and Branch Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm.
• The branch manager will oversee staff, work with branch customers, and help expand the branch network.
• We are looking for a branch manager who can continuously develop our community and boost our team’s productivity.
• The branch manager will be responsible for training staff and as well, leading teams in strategizing how to cultivate branch success.

Objectives of this role

• Oversee all branch operation
• Oversee branch loan portfolio
• Managing and expanding branch customer base
• Provide excellent service for branch customers
• Allocate branch resources for staff and client needs
• Liaise between the branch and its parent organization
• Manage financial reports for the branch
• Organize outreach to new team members and customers

Responsibilities

• Manage the branch’s budget
• Training branch employees
• Solve problems for branch customers and staff
• Supervise branch employees
• Communicate news and learning opportunities to the bank branches

Skills and qualifications

• Strong leadership skills

• Financial analytical skills
• Highly organized with time and team management

• An eagerness to grow the branch network

Preferred qualifications:

• HND/B.Sc in a related field
• Minimum of 5 yeas Experience managing a Microfinance branch or financial institution
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• A strong human resources background
• An understanding of the lending industry and its best practices
• An ability to analyse and communicate financial data.
