Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives for our loan products.
• In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our loan offerings, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with our business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote loan products and services.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for product positioning and promotion.
• Collaborate with product development and sales teams to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Create and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to enhance marketing efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, including metrics on customer acquisition and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes affecting loan products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the financial services or lending industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
• Proficient in marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
