Description
What You Become a Part Of:

  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and developing key relationships with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) to drive business growth for our Diagnostic Services division.
  • This position will focus on enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

What to Expect

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within HMOs, ensuring their needs are met and that our services are positioned effectively.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HMO sector to expand our client base and increase market share.
  • Account Strategy: Develop and execute account strategies tailored to HMO partners that align with our business objectives.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular updates and reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the diagnostic services sector.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to HMO staff on our diagnostic services, ensuring they are well-informed and able to promote our offerings effectively.

Essential Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on HMOs.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presenting information clearly and effectively.
  • Experience range (Years): 8 years - 12 years
