Job Title: Assistant Photographer

Job Summary

• As an Assistant Photographer and Videographer, you will support our lead photographers and videographers in creating high-quality visual content for our fashion collections.
• This role involves assisting in photoshoots and video shoots, managing equipment, and contributing to the creative process.
• You will have the opportunity to work closely with fashion models, stylists, and designers, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-fashion environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead photographers and videographers in setting up and executing fashion shoots, including managing lighting, camera equipment, and props.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos that align with the brand’s aesthetic and campaign objectives.
• Prepare and organize shooting locations, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and that the set is ready for action.
• Edit and retouch photos and videos as needed, following the brand’s guidelines and creative direction.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for shoots and video projects.
• Maintain and manage photographic and video equipment, ensuring proper storage, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Help with administrative tasks related to shoots, such as scheduling, coordinating with models and stylists, and keeping track of assets.
• Stay current with fashion industry trends, photographic techniques, and video production tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience or strong portfolio in photography and videography, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Basic understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and video production techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a creative eye for fashion and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends or evenings, as required by shoot schedules.
• A degree or diploma in Photography, Film Production, or a related field is a plus.
