Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop product roadmaps, features, and specifications.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• User Experience: Advocate for the customer by ensuring that the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Performance Tracking: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and iterate based on data and user feedback.
• Launch Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in [industry or sector].
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
