Job Summary

• We are seeking an impact-driven UI/UX Designer to join our team and work alongside other product designers to bring our vision to life.
• We need someone who is not only skilled but also passionate, self-motivated, proactive, and ready to tackle challenging tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to understand user needs and behaviors, translating findings into actionable design solutions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design Implementation: Create intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with developers, the HR business partner, and other team members to iterate and refine designs based on feedback.
• Innovation & Decision Making: Offer strategic insights on UI/UX best practices and new design trends, making independent decisions aligned with our vision.
• Design Documentation: Maintain and update design documentation and style guides to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Agility & Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, where flexibility and a willingness to adapt are essential.
