Job Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to join our team in the hospitality sector.
• This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in hospitality, who brings fresh ideas and has solid administrative and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle errands and assist with daily assignments based on operational needs.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate ideas that enhance the guest experience and promote club initiatives.
• Maintain organized digital records of communications, tasks, and projects.
• Track and report weekly task progress, highlighting key challenges and achievements.
• Assist in ensuring club facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Collaborate with Terrawood’s GM and Property Manager on all activities leading to the grand opening.
• Provide administrative and IT support, including managing social media campaigns.
• Support other activities as requested.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (required).
• Strong interest and passion for the hospitality industry, with a focus on delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and IT skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current hospitality trends and best practices.
• Flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adapt to changing needs.
• Ability to work with vendors and external suppliers.
