About the Role

• We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Liaison to manage and maintain relationships with their valued clientele.
• This role requires a recent graduate who resides on Lagos Island, with at least one year of experience in the medical field or a degree in Medical Sciences or a related discipline.
• The successful candidate will be trained to build on their existing experience, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, providing professional and timely responses to inquiries.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and satisfied with the services provided.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and provide relevant information to clients as needed.
• Assist in gathering client feedback to help improve service quality and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Medical Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Must reside on Lagos Island.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple client interactions.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and practices.

Salary
N100,000 monthly.
