Uraga Real Estate is the real estate business unit of the Honeywell Group. The Company invests and develops in all sectors of the real estate market in Nigeria and other select West African countries, to include Residential, Retail, Offices, Industrial/ distribution warehouses, other commercial properties and the hospitality sector.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Process Optimization Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

  • Oversee the digital documentation and data retention processes to ensure business operational efficiency.
  • Support the establishment of sound process improvement initiatives that drive year over year improvement, as well as streamline and optimize day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
Digital Documentation:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely digital documentation of operational processes, SOPs, staff records, and internal reports.
  • Establish a standardized system for creating, updating, and storing digital documents.
  • Maintain version control and ensure that all digital files are easily accessible and well-organized.
  • Work closely with staff to convert paper-based processes into digital formats where applicable.
  • Ensure that digital documentation complies with legal requirements, data privacy standards, and internal policies.
  • Define standards for the documentation of the company’s processes.
  • Oversee the storage, organization, and accessibility of operational data and staff information.
  • Ensure that all data is securely stored in compliance with legal and privacy standards.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement and maintain data storage systems and software.
  • Monitor data storage capacity, identifying opportunities for improvement in data management processes and systems.
  • Develop protocols for data retention and deletion to maintain an organized and efficient database.

Process Analysis and Improvement:

  • Analyze current operational processes across all departments (Finance, HR, Customer Service, Facility, etc.).
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
  • Design process flows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Coordinate the evaluation/monitoring and reporting of business process effectiveness.
  • Ensure the continuing relevance of current operations, practices, and alignment with leading practices.
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping ensuring security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools, processes and technology which make our teams more efficient and effective.
  • Serve as Data Protection Officer to ensure Organization data are processed and stored in line with DPR standards.
  • Manage multiple priorities in a face-to-paced environment with effective communication and follow-through of actions and deliverables.
  • Support operational strategy and innovation to drive business goals for revenue, operational performance, and profitability revenue.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.
  • Excellent communication, report and analytical writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good appreciation of research analysis and evaluation techniques.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • High degree of diligence and commitment.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers.
  • Good at negotiations and networking.
  • Very good planning and organization skills
  • Good problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Good proficiency in the use of office productivity tools (MS Word and Excel).
  • Good project management skills.
  • Proactive problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Audit & Compliance, or related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations management, or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality, recreation, or service industry.

Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 per month.
