Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, CV writing, and job board management to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance recruitment outreach.
• Write, edit, and optimize CVs to align with role-specific requirements.
• Manage and maintain job postings on various job boards and recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for client roles, ensuring a high-quality match.
• Track recruitment metrics and adapt strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in a consulting firm
• Proven track record in filling roles promptly
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
