Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Officer with expertise in ORION ERP to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either the manufacturing or service industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience using ORION ERP to optimize and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the ORION ERP system to improve business efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments (Finance, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure seamless integration and data flow between ERP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP system to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.
• Conduct training for staff and end-users to ensure effective use of the ERP system.
• Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance for ERP-related queries and issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for ERP system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Assist in data migration, process mapping, and system configuration as required.
• Generate reports and analytical insights to support business decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with ORION ERP in a manufacturing or service industry environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Experience in ERP module configuration, data management, and reporting.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with different departments and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in ORION ERP or other ERP-related programs is a plus.
• Familiarity with system integrations and customizations.
• Knowledge of ERP best practices in the manufacturing or service sectors.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
