Job Summary

• Excare Services Ltd is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging multimedia content across various platforms.
• This role focuses on promoting Excare’s products and services, increasing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create compelling visual and written content, collaborate across departments, and execute creative ideas that align with the company’s marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and engaging content including photos, videos, and infographics to promote the brand and its services.
• Write and schedule three weekly posts on topics related to Excare’s products, health tips, and industry trends across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance social media presence, increase page visibility, and grow engagement across all platforms.
• Visit company branches and the head office to capture real-time content that highlights key company activities and product offerings.
• Attend company events to document and produce content that showcases company culture, product launches, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop content ideas, including video concepts and written materials that align with Excare’s strategic goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
• Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to produce high-quality photos and videos for digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
