Job Title: Customer Support / Solution officer

Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• The customer support/solution officer is a corporate executive tasked with supporting clients and shareholders.

Responsibilities

• Sells available capital market products to both existing and prospective customers. This includes interacting directly with the customer, determining the customer's needs, and evaluating sales potential.
• Establishes, maintains, and coordinates an effective partnership with the clients, and shareholder collaboration.
• Acts as a liaison between the shareholders and the company to ensure complaints are resolved promptly.
• Evaluate client and shareholder needs and identify the resources to accomplish the goal.

Requirements

• BSc. in any related field.
• Having experience in the Capital Market will be an advantage.
• Experience in partnering with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of processes.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
