About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives to foster growth and innovation.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee recruitment and retention strategies, ensuring we attract and keep top talent.
• Employee Development: Design training and development programs that support career growth and skill advancement.
• Performance Management: Enhance performance appraisal processes, setting clear expectations and enabling feedback.
• Culture & Engagement: Build an inclusive, dynamic culture where employees feel valued and motivated.
• Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure policies align with labor laws and best practices, maintaining a fair and safe workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification is a plus)
• 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a leadership role within the tech industry
• Proven expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
