Job Title: Cybersecurity Program Manager

Location: Lagos

Position Overview

• The Cybersecurity Program Manager will lead and oversee the delivery of cybersecurity solutions and services for multiple clients.
• This role involves managing end-to-end security programs, ensuring the success of client engagements, and serving as the primary point of contact for customers.
• The Program Manager will collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored security services, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects align with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity programs/services for multiple client accounts.
• Work with clients to assess their security needs and design tailored cybersecurity solutions, aligning them with their business goals.
• Ensure that client engagements are delivered on time and within scope.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of cybersecurity projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g. security engineers, analysts, sales executives).
• Allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor and track project progress and making required adjustments as needed to meet client requirements and expectations.
• Conduct client security risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Guide clients in implementing security policies and procedures that enhance their overall security position.
• Lead incident response programs for clients, including planning, detection, response, and recovery from cyber threats.
• Coordinate with clients to establish and maintain cybersecurity incident management processes.
• Provide post-incident analysis, reports, and recommendations to clients for ongoing improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and ongoing support.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding our services with existing clients.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track the performance of client security programs.
• Upon closing out on a business transaction provide reports to client on the status of their security programs, key risks, and recommendations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client engagements and program deliverables.
• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to identify new business opportunities and tailor services to prospective clients.
• Support the creation of proposals and cybersecurity service packages based on client needs and industry trends.

Qualifications

• B.Sc in Computer Science or any computer related course
• Must process a certification in CISSP, CISM, PMP, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or other relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Experience:

• 7+ extensive years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven experience managing cybersecurity services for clients across various industries.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) and regulatory compliance.
